Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched. To request a cancellation, please email us at oneoneone111india@gmail.com or call us at +91 87880 75412.

If you have made an online payment for your order, we will initiate the refund after confirming your cancellation.

 

Exchange Policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you can request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery of your order.

Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with the tag intact, and in its original packaging. We will not accept an exchange if the tag has been removed or the product has been used.

We accept exchange requests in the case of:

• Damage or defects in the product at the time of shipping
• Size misfit or size change requests

For co-ord sets, we provide an exchange in case of issues with size as well.

Exchange Process
To request an exchange, please share pictures of the damaged or defective product along with your reason for the exchange by emailing us at oneoneone111india@gmail.com. You can also contact us at +91 87880 75412 for assistance with your exchange request.

Shipping Charges
The shipping charges for the reverse shipment will be borne by the client. If the new product costs more than the previous product, the balance payment will be collected in advance before the exchange is processed.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are limited to size misfits or changes in size.
